We are very confident of our packaging methods, and we rarely loss packages to customs, but we all know there can always be unforeseen circumstances.
And in case of seizure of your package by customs(We normally wait 15 days in customs before we can consider a package as being seized).
If the delivery service used was decided by us, then your full order will be reshipped to you without any payment required.
But in case the order was sent using a shipping service requested by the customer, then we will not take any responsibility for the seizure.
